Hello! I’m Chelsa Savage!

 

I like to refer to myself as a happiness advocate because I understand how impactful building amazing teams and hiring the right people can be. I have over 7 years of human resources experience with global companies such as Walmart, Target, and Ross Stores. As an HR consultant, I help start-ups build  a scalable HR strategy that will allow you to manage growth, attract and retain top talent, and motivate employees.
